Step 1 – Install the Gearbox

*Reducer Base
- Check beam alignment
- Verify pitman arms move freely
- Ensure belt is properly installed
Step 1.1 – Position the Gearbox
Place the gearbox directly onto the reducer base.
Step 1.2 – Align the Guide Rails
Ensure the gearbox rails align with the reducer base channels.
Step 1.3 – Slide to Lock
Push the gearbox straight to the right until it locks into place.
Be especially careful sliding the gear box. Horizontal twisting can break the rails.
