===== Step 13.1 – Align crank and pitman arm =====

Rotate the crank and/or pitman arm to align the socket.

===== Step 13.2 – Insert crank pins =====

Rotate the crank pin through the pitman arm into the crank.  You will likely need to rotate the crank pin until it fits into the crank socket.

Once both crank pins are installed, the weights and pitman should be able to rotate fairly easily.
